Refund policy
Returns
At Little Secret, we sell intimate products designed for personal use, so we want to ensure your safety and satisfaction. We do not accept returns on items unless they are faulty or damaged during shipping. This policy is in place to protect you.
Many of our sex toys, adult products, and lingerie are shipped in high-quality, professional packaging. However, once a product has been opened, it can be difficult to determine if it has been used or tampered with. To maintain our health and safety standards, we cannot accept returns of these items, even if a claim states that the product has not been used.
Accepting such claims could lead to the reselling of used products, which is not acceptable and will compromise the experience of our future customers. We believe this policy is in the best interest of all our customers, and we appreciate your understanding.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If the item is damaged please pack it as securely as possible when you return it to us.
In the event that your toy is defective within 1 month (30 days), which means from the date of reception to the date up to 1 month (30 days) after receiving your item, you can contact us and we will send you a new toy and collect the faulty one immediately. Its up to our discretion if we do process the claim as we cannot accept an item if it has been water damaged when its not waterproof. Following the manufacturers guidelines is important.
Warranty's
Most of our toys do come with warranty's although they are given by the supplier or the wholesaler and its up to their discretion if they will accept or deny a warranty claim. If you are unsure if a product has a warranty on it or not you can always reach out to us on the HelpDesk.

I don't want this anymore
If your parcel is still on its way to you, or if it has just arrived and you haven’t opened the courier bag yet, you can return the products for a credit voucher or refund. Please note that a 10% handling fee will be applied to all returns, and shipping costs will not be refunded, which amounts to R130, for paid or free shipping as we use these funds for The Courier Guy to be able to make the delivery.
Before we can issue a credit voucher or refund, the parcel/item must be returned in good, sealed condition to ensure it has not been opened or tampered with.
We cannot accept returns on any intimate items that have been removed from their packaging unless they are damaged or faulty. Thank you for your understanding!
Please note: We only allow 24 hours to cancel an order once it is created without a fee, because once we start processing your order there are costs involved and you will be subject to the 10% handling fee when a refund is made.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
