Shipping Policy

ORDER PROCESSING TIME FRAME:

Please allow 1-4 business days to process your order. Expect an email within 1-4 days to let you know your order is on the way!

Please note: We only allow 24 hours to cancel an order once it is created without a fee, because once we start processing your order there are costs involved and you will be subject to the 10% handling fee when a refund is made.

When your order is sent out for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.

Please note: Us (Little Secret) and our shipping partners do not see weekends and public holidays as business days . Business days are from Monday to Friday and excludes Public Holidays, Saturday's and Sunday's.

 

FLAT RATE SHIPPING FEE AND DELIVERY TIME FRAME:

Orders are generally shipped within 2-3 business days using The Courier Guy. Flat rate shipping fee of R130 applies to orders shipping nationwide. We do not ship outside of South-Africa at this time.

WHEN A ORDER FAILS TO DELIVER?

In the event that an order fails to be delivered and is sent back to us you can either get a refund which enters you into our returns and refunds policy or the order can be sent back out to you, in this case you will be held liable for the FULL amount of The Courier Guy delivery fee which is for (Low Risk Areas= R130) or ( High Risk Areas = Between R170-R220 for small to meduim packages). We offer a reduced fee of R130 for shipping but the FULL cost in the event of a failed delivery will apply the fee of a High Risk OR a Low Risk Area (Depending on your given address), if it is decided that the package must be shipped out to you again.

The additional fee does not apply when a return is made and a refund is given, ONLY when your package fails to deliver and is sent back to us and you decide that a shipment must be made again to you for delivery. If a refund occurs you will only be responsible for the R130 flat rate shipment and will not receive those funds as our returns and refunds policy states.

INCORRECT ADDRESS GIVEN WHEN CHECKING OUT:

We need to have the following correct information when you make a purchase from our store to be able to make a succesful delivery to you: Email, Name and Surname, Address, Suburb, City, Province, Postal Code, and Phone Number. We do not give this information to anyone, other than The Courier Guy, to be able to deliver to the correct address. When a order is placed and is out for delivery, The Courier Guy sends out a PIN so the Phone Number must be correct to be able to receive the pin to be able to collect your package.

If you want to receive your tracking email, we need to have your correct email to be able send it to you. This can be found under the Contact bar and if you do not wish to receive any news and offers it can be easily disabled and we will no longer be able to email you with news and offers, but will still be able to give you the tracking info and any other important information regarding your order.

 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:  

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 


For simple flat rate shipping: We offer R130 flat rate shipping.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at contact@little-secret.co.za with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Please note: Orders are typically delivered within 4-5 days, from processing to delivery. The usual setbacks for delivery times are acts of nature and public holidays. We always aim to keep your package as fast and efficient as possible, but we cannot be held liable for any delays by a 3rd party.
